Who we are

Keyela LLC is a Utah real estate investor. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage or agent, and nothing on this site is brokerage activity, legal advice, or a listing service. When we market a property opportunity to investors, we are marketing our contractual (equitable) interest under a purchase agreement, not the property itself. Licensed services connected to our transactions are performed by independent Utah licensed brokerages and title companies.

The guaranteed-price option

When you choose our guaranteed-price option, you and Keyela sign a purchase and resale agreement. The guaranteed amount is the minimum you receive when your home sells under that agreement; no commission, fee, or cost is ever deducted from it. Keyela acts as a principal for its own account and may substitute (novate) another buyer at closing. All listing, showing, and negotiation is performed by an independent Utah licensed brokerage engaged and paid by Keyela. If no qualifying buyer is found during the agreement term, the agreement expires and you owe nothing. You may instead list with a brokerage of your own choosing, may obtain independent valuations, and have the right to cancel within three business days of signing. Numbers shown before signing are estimates, confirmed after a walkthrough.

Offers

Offer figures shown on this site are preliminary estimates generated from public records, market data, and the information you provide. They are not appraisals and not binding contracts. A binding transaction exists only when both parties sign a written agreement, and every agreement we send includes your cancellation rights on its face.

Your information

When you request an offer or contact us, we collect what you give us — name, contact details, and information about your property — and use it to prepare your offer, communicate with you, and run your transaction. If you check the consent box on our offer form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, and email, including with automated technology; consent is never required to get an offer, and you can withdraw it any time by replying STOP or telling us. Calls to our number may be answered by an automated assistant and are recorded for accuracy and quality.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people needed to run your transaction — for example the title company, the licensed brokerage on a listing, or a buyer completing a purchase — and with the service providers that run this site (hosting, email delivery, electronic signatures).

Data sources

Property estimates draw on public records and third-party market data. Approximate visitor location is derived from IP address using the IP Geolocation by DB-IP database (CC BY 4.0). Mapping and valuation data come from their respective providers and remain subject to those providers’ terms.

The boring but important part

This site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Using it does not create any agency, fiduciary, or client relationship. These terms are governed by Utah law. If you have signed an agreement with us, that agreement controls over anything on this page. We may update this page from time to time; the version posted here is the current one.
